Ajman Rulers Court
The Ajman Ruler's Court, completed in 2024 and spanning 6,938 square meters, is a testament to the seamless integration of traditional Emirati elements with contemporary design. A standout feature is the central staircase, inspired by the fluidity of desert sand dunes, symbolizing the adaptability required in leadership and governance. Complementing this are custom palm tree sculptures by Emirati designer Khalid Shafar, crafted from local materials and standing up to four meters tall, fostering a community-centric spirit within the space. The Boardroom houses an art piece inspired by the ancient Al Barwa letters, designed as a half-and-quarter-opened letter in stainless steel. This installation pays homage to historical correspondence exchanged between rulers and dignitaries in the UAE, akin to modern-day passports in their significance for diplomatic relations. The cohesive design ensures a harmonious transition from the reception to the rest of the Court, setting new standards for civic architecture and work environments in the region. 2024.png)

Siemens Energy
Siemens Energy aims to drive the transition to sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy systems globally and in the Middle East. Their new offices in Expo City's Sustainability District consist of five buildings, reflecting their mission. Siemens Energy is a leading global player in power generation, transmission, and renewable energy. In their Dubai office, they sought to create a connected and immersive brand experience. The nature of office spaces is constantly evolving in the hybrid work world. Siemens Energy's #BetterTogether Office Playbook principles are an essential part of their new workplace. The offices serve as a hub for interaction, collaboration, innovation, and relationship-building. To enhance productivity, efficiency, and creativity, the office spaces were designed to combine areas for concentration as well as collaborative and social spaces. The #BetterTogether framework guided the zoning of the office space, transforming it from a playbook to a playground. As companies reimagine their office spaces for the new hybrid work model, space planning has become increasingly crucial. The space is divided into areas for teamwork, collaboration, communication, individual work, concentration, and socializing and relaxation. Sustainability is a key objective for Siemens Energy. They aim to lead the "Energy Transition" towards renewable energy sources. The project has applied for LEED® Gold certification and incorporates various measures to achieve sustainability, such as low-flow water usage fittings, smart energy monitoring, careful selection of products, and the use of innovative materials in the design.
