The brief was to create a workspace that seamlessly blends functionality with artistic elements, fostering an environment that inspires innovation and empowers every individual who steps through its doors. Located in DMCC's Uptown Dubai district, the Uptown Tower is the first supertall tower (300m to 599m) in the area. The office interior project covers an area of 3,200 sqm and spans three floors. It was completed in close collaboration with Roar and Summertown Interiors along with the DMCC Project Management team. Phase One of the Uptown Tower development includes a hotel, residences, and high-quality commercial offices. The project aims to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification. Our team was led by Sara Bouchtat (Sales Manager) and Maribeth Mauricio (Senior Designer) in collaboration with Roar and Summertown to deliver DMCC’s new Headquarters. Handed over 2023
